Where we’re going
Train. Fight.
Experience more.
Retreats aren’t running yet. They’re where Two More Mission is heading: people who’ve spent months building capability, coming together in person to train hard, take on something difficult and meet the others doing the same.
Being built · No dates and nothing to book yet
The idea
Not a fitness holiday
A week built around hard training, a real challenge and the people beside you. You should come home tired.
Proper training
Full fight-gym sessions with proper coaching. Not a taster class.
A real challenge
Something worth aiming at, set to test what you’ve built, not to break you.
Capability, used
The coaching measures what you can do at the start and end of 90 days. A retreat is where you put it to work.
Somewhere worth being
Time off the mats as well as on them. Part of the week is the place.
The right people
A room of people who chose a hard week over an easy one. That changes what the sessions feel like.
Real connection
Hard days shared build friendships faster than most things. That’s part of the point.
Training
What we’re planning
The disciplines on the list. The final mix depends on the gym and coaches, and neither is chosen yet.
The week
Seven days. One of them hurts most.
Twice a day on the mats, one day out in Thailand, and one day built to be the hardest of the week. The full schedule goes to the list with the dates.

Who it’s for
People already doing the work
It’s meant for people who’ve been building capability, on the coaching or on their own, and want to test it somewhere new, alongside others who’ve done the same.
You won’t need to have fought. You will need to be ready to train twice a day, and to be the least experienced person in the room for a session or two.
